Share documents and get feedback from other users
Do you want to share a document with all other users at once? Then Sohodox allows you to do so by moving the document to the Public Folders node. This will make the document viewable to all other users and they would also be able to modify it, but only you will be able to delete it as you would still be the owner of the document.
For example, let’s say you have drafted a letter to your vendor. As you are still proofreading it, you have placed it under the Private Folders node. Once you complete the proofreading, you would want other users to review and give their inputs. That is the time when you would move the document to the Public Folders node. The other users can review it and even leave their comments in the Notes tab of the Information sidebar of the document details pane.
You can make revisions to the document promptly too, by moving the document back to the Private Folders node. Please note that by default, every document added to Sohodox is stored under the Private Folders node.
This is a very effective way to share a document and get a consensus from your team members.
