Email Capture – Adding Value Through Email Message Management

Version 6 includes a new tool called Email Capture which downloads email messages from any POP3 mail server and automatically adds them to the Sohodox database. Email Capture also automatically extracts the key fields (To, From, Subject, Date, etc.) from each email and enters them as indexing information for that email in Sohodox, making all email messages immediately searchable.
