When you order license packs of Sohodox, you get a year’s worth of Maintenance Subscription free. Once the first year is over, you need to renew it. We have an FAQ section on this web site that gives details of the Maintenance Subscription program. It answers the questions like:

If you are a Sohodox customer already and your maintenance subscription period has come to an end, renew it immediately! In the recent past, we have released several updates for Sohodox. If you would like to upgrade to the latest version but your maintenance subscription is no longer active, you will not be able to do so until you renew it.
