Phone & Fax Orders

To Place order via phone or fax you will need the below information ready before you call us:

• The product name and the product ID




• The quantity you wish to order




• The name the product license will be issued to




• Your billing address and your delivery address, if different




• Your phone number and your fax number, if available




• The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different




• Your selected payment type and currency

Invoices/Purchase Orders

Please mail or fax your official order on company letterhead with a valid signature or company stamp. As Share-it will be processing your order, please make your PO out to Share-it. Please include the following information so we can process your order more quickly:

• The product name and the product ID




• The number of items desired




• The name the product license will be issued to




• Your billing address and your delivery address, if different




• Your phone number and your fax number, if available




• The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different




• The requested billing currency

Check and Cash Orders

To place order via check use our online ordering form and choose Check Pre-payment option in the payment mode instead of credit card. Once you place the order you will receive information via email to send the check to us

• We accept all personal, business, and Cashier’s checks. Please note that personal checks may be held for up to 10 business days.




• Please note that postal money orders must be in US dollar currency and drawn on an US Bank. Please send those postal money orders to our US-Office.




• You will receive detailed information by e-mail after your order is processed.




• Products will be shipped once payment has been received.
