Microsoft recently compiled a top executives’ technology wish list for the year 2011. Among those invited to contribute was ITAZ Technologies’ CEO Shiraz Ahmed, who expressed his business priority for the year ahead.
In an article titled “The Top Four Items on IT Wish Lists for 2011” on the Microsoft Pinpoint web site, Shiraz said that top on his wish list was a full-featured mobile CRM solution that would work on multiple platforms and would allow his sales, marketing and support staff to immediately address customer needs from the field. With ITAZ having customers in over 50 countries, Shiraz said a fast and simple mobile CRM solution would help his team serve customers without a time lag. According to him, the staff should have access to enough information to be able to respond to customers quickly, irrespective of whether they are in office, working from home or on the road.
ITAZ believe solutions providers should deliver value to their customers in terms of product and service offerings and ensure this is central to all of their solutions. ITAZ’s soon to be released Version 7 of Sohodox is just one example of how they demonstrate this.
